Tuition Reimbursement
This Program is for Team Leaders and above unless otherwise approved and you must have six months of continuous service at 30 hours per week. Also, courses must be completed with a “C” or better at any accredited school.

Total reimbursement for all approved undergraduate courses will be a maximum of $500 per semester or $1,000 per calendar year, with a lifetime maximum of $5,000.

Reimbursement expenses that are eligible include fees for tuition, registration, and up to 50% of the cost of books and lab fees for courses that meet the eligibility requirements and standards above.

All reimbursements allowances are based on the semester and calendar year for which they are disbursed.

Expiration: Once you have completed your courses submit your grades and receipts for reimbursement within 1 month of the semester ending!!!

Your approved application is only valid for the current or next semester from the date you applied and You must reapply each semester. However you will be given priority in that calendar year if you received the award in the previous semester. If you are dropped from this program you may reapply again at any time.

If you are put on the wait list for this program you are not guaranteed reimbursement unless others before you fail to take classes or follow the instructions above.
The company can alter or cancel this program at any time, however if you have already been approved and met the requirements you will be covered.
You will not be reimbursed for tuition cost covered by scholarships, grants, Veterans’ Administration or other government sponsored programs.
You must be employed by us and in good standing at the time of reimbursement and throughout the courses.
